Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BevGolf mobile application ("the App") operated by BevGolf ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

About BevGolf

BevGolf is a precision beverage sport game inspired by golf. Players compete for accuracy by drinking to a target line on their glass and are scored based on how close they get. The App is designed for use with any beverage — water, soda, juice, sports drinks, or otherwise. What you choose to drink is entirely your own decision.

Responsible Use

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your choice of beverage is entirely your own responsibility
• BevGolf does not encourage, promote, or condone irresponsible consumption of any beverage, including alcohol
• You will not use the App while operating a vehicle or heavy machinery
• If you choose to consume alcohol while using the App, you do so in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and entirely at your own risk
• BevGolf is not responsible for any decisions you make regarding what you consume

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BevGolf shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from your use of the App or your consumption of any beverage. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others
• You may not create accounts for the purpose of abuse, spam, or circumventing bans
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or tamper with the App
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to interact with the App

Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including the name BevGolf, course designs, game mechanics, graphics, and copy — is the intellectual property of BevGolf. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User-Generated Content

If you create custom courses or other content within the App, you grant BevGolf a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App. You retain ownership of your content.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
